According to what I know – this is a gaming case for a desk top computer. But the spouse was saying – this isn’t a high end one – that he ordered – just in between. He needed one because his old case was like 6 yrs old i think. So I didn’t stop him – afterall, boys need their toys don’t they? And he likes the Antec 300 because it’s spacious and he doesn’t have to fight to arrange his wires.
This case doesn’t come with a power supply and it cost $59 and retails for $79. As you can see – the case is nothing fancy – but it does good as a gaming case – because there is room for lots of things you need to fit in for a gaming computer.

Looks familiar? yes ! very ! to me anyways – i always eat in front of my computer – for breakfast, lunch and dinner! supper i eat them in front of the tv. The spouse is not any better than I – so can you blame us for putting on weight? We need some weight loss pills that work not just any ordinary ones – better still if it works while we are sitting down – hahah! Plus we need to find some that doesn’t cost a lot too. But yes – some exercise is good – so i started on 30mins exercises everyday 1.5 months ago – and now to look for ways to use a supplement to keep the fat at bay.
I do like google – although they can be quite the Nazis at times – like the g/f who had adsense on her websites/blogs and then got banned for no reason she knows at all. Of course, we all know how google can be – they are not called the Lord Google for nothing eh. Anyhow, the spouse does advertise with google – so every once in a while we get this freebie – that he never uses – why? because his company has a huge account with google and they never use them. But lately – google had been sending quite a few of this – and it had been lying around his office desk for a long time – so i had asked him – how come he never take advantage of it – in which he replied – they already have a budget for google and don’t make sense not to use that budget at the office. Plus he said with every freebie – there is sure to be some catch to it. hahah!! cautious or being paranoid?
I like the finer things in life – if i can’t buy what i want or like – i rather not spend the money. Unlike the spouse – i love contemporary sofas, as for him – he would take anything that is black and leather. I love the colors and even my ottoman needs to be colored. Afterall, I don’t call myself Techy Chick for nothing. The design and the color of my sofa – needs to be different and fit my living room – I can’t have black color all round my home – I want to be unique and not look like my neighbors’ home. Whether it is coffee table – or divider for the house – I only want modern furniture – no vintage ones for me please. What about you?

Yes! besides geeky stuff and all about tech stuff – I too love flowers. Sure – i tell the spouse not to give me any – but once in a while – I think I wouldn’t mind receiving some. Not too expensive please – like my girlfriend who is in San Diego and her spouse is in Iraq – he still called up San Diego flowers and sent her a bunch of roses during Valentine’s Day ! So romantic not? Yes ! so men out there – even though the wife or spouse or even girlfriend tells you not to send them flowers as gift – no women can resist or swoon when they get a dozen of roses – i love daisies too – what about you?
So how much time does your kid spend on gaming? whether it is on video games on the tv or the little DS they have for Christmas. Are they spending too much time on gaming and games? what is the appropriate time frame for kids to spend on video games? Or are parents so busy with their own life and working like us that we indulge and let our kids go on their games so that we can finish ours?
When we were kids – we never did have any of these gadgets – we played with outdoor games like rounders or marbles or biking on our brother’s bike – but neither did our parents watch over us like we do our kids now to keep them safe. I think a balance is good – and I think some games are also good – and between the spouse and us – we try to play with our kid – as much as we can. Therefore, I am indeed lucky that I have the spouse to help in this way. But we do try not to keep letting our kid play with games so much – just because we want to work – because they are not young forever. We limit her to an hour or so gaming and movies – and during school days – i think she hardly play with games – and we still try to bring her to the park every other day. But gaming is not a bad thing – it’s gaming too many hours – that we shouldn’t allow. What do you think?
The spouse bought our Sony HDTV right around Christmas time – on a Boxing Day sale. The price was really good and I think – he used some of his aeroplan miles plus some cash for the HDTV. I know he only bought the HDTV for gaming – but he used the excuse that now – I can watch all my blu-ray movies with even more clarity. Have i noticed a difference? Well, truth be told – a tv is a tv to me – but yes – the colors in the movies are more brilliant now but the most important thing about buying the HDTV was because the price was right. If it wasn’t because of the right price – I don’t think I would have allowed him to splurge – hahah!! but if it made him happy and it was within our budget – sure why not? afterall, boys will be boys – no matter the age eh.
As an owner by association to the spouse’s business – you can understand why i need to be somewhat familiar with some games. So when Rapture came into our store – used – I had to try it out and see what it was all about. The art deco atmosphere and science-friendly vibe revealed in the brochure made seems pretty cool but I think the brochure was out of date. The whole place seems to be leaking, which, being so far underwater, is a problem that needs to be fixed now! I can’t understand why everyone has so much time to sit around and record audio journals but no one can find the time to pick up a caulk gun. Some of the other vacationers I met there have actually been driven to violence by the shabby accommodations. Perhaps the worst part of all was the fact that the whole time we were there, we were continually subjected to frequent rants about authority and the tense conflict between free will and society. In that way, it is exactly like Disneyland. So no i did not enjoy the game at all – i gave it my best shot – but I can’t get into it.
If you have been to our store of late – you would have seen the new displays that we have at our store. Yes ! and it made a huge difference – to our customers – they all love our point of purchase displays because they think it makes the store a lot neater and gives an illusion of a lot more space. I like our new look too – and it was a good investment because all our displays were old ones and it was time for a revamping. Plus they were made of cardboard – so it was easy to set up – we didn’t need extra help for setting the displays up – we did it ourselves.
