My daughter bought this little book of friendship because she loved the drawing – she was only 6 yrs old when she bought it. Now at 7.5 yrs old – she reads this book with amusement – and we had bought the book for her – hoping she would learn more about friendship and how to accept her friends.
Anyhow, I too have fallen in love with Angry Little Girls and decided to find out more about the author. In fact, I found out more than just who the author is – I found that she has a shop online – with all sorts of Angry Little Girls stuff. It might not be a good fit for children but it would definitely make you stand out – if you bought some of her products and carry them.
Albeit a wee bit expensive – I still love the message on the tote and would buy one – wished they would sell them at the local bookstore – that way I don’t have to pay for shipping.

Christmas is not too far away – and the spouse and I are thinking of getting some personalized pins with the store’s logo for our regular customers. We have thousands of movie rentals at our store at this moment. And a few hundred come thru’ our store every week – so we are hoping to get some personalized pins with our store logo and info on them to hand it out for promotional purposes. Hopefully, they will pin them on their bags or bookcases – that way when people do see them – they would take a second look at the unique logo – and find out what we are all about. I think it’s cheap advertising for us – and for the regulars – they would know that they are important to us and we will make it a point to suggest to them where to pin these personalized pins – so that they can be seen by a lot of people. Good idea eh! and like they say – you have to spend some money in advertising right? else you won’t see new customers coming into your store.
Love these bulbs – from Plumen – it’s supposed to be eco friendly and uses 80% less energy – but who cares about that – when the bulbs are so funky right? They are not cheap about $98 for 4 bulbs but it’s supposed to burn 8 yrs – so if you calculate it that way – it’s not that expensive. Now there is no way to change a new set of bulbs I am assuming. Order them online from Plumen’s website.
Four bulbs included. Pendant lamp cords/fixtures not included. Plumen gives off 11 watts, equivalent to a 60 watt incandescent bulb; 120V. It will burn for approximately 80,000 hours, or eight years. Instructions on recycling options are included.
